Yes. JEEC Electric is a Factory-Trained Generac and Kohler Technician. This means we've completed manufacturer-level training for both brands and can install, service, and repair Generac and Kohler standby generator systems to factory specifications — something not all electrical contractors can offer.

SPAN is a smart electrical panel that gives homeowners real-time control and monitoring of their home's energy usage. As a SPAN Authorized Installer, JEEC Electric is certified to install and commission SPAN panels — making us one of a select group of electricians in the Sarasota area qualified to offer this technology.

Yes — always. We pull all required permits with Sarasota County, Manatee County, and all relevant municipalities before any work begins. Every installation is permitted, inspected, and documented. This protects your home's value, satisfies your insurance carrier, and ensures the work is done to code.

Yes. We install Tesla Wall Connectors, ChargePoint, and Level 2 EVSE chargers throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties. As SPAN Authorized Installers, all EV charger installations include a panel assessment, dedicated circuit installation, permit, and final inspection. Most installations are completed in 2–4 hours.

Yes. Panel upgrades are one of our most requested services. We perform 200-amp service upgrades, sub-panel installations, main breaker replacements, and full service panel replacements. Every panel upgrade is permit-pulled, inspected, and documented — ready for your insurance carrier's review.

We are Factory-Trained and Certified for both Generac and Kohler standby generator systems. We install whole-home and critical-circuit systems, automatic transfer switches, and handle all propane and natural gas connections. We also service and maintain existing generator systems regardless of when they were installed.

Yes. We install and service waterfront and dock electrical systems to NFPA 303 marine standards — the code governing floating structures and marina electrical. Services include dock lighting, shore power pedestals, boat lift wiring, GFCI protection, and underwater lighting for waterfront properties throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties.

Yes. We perform full and partial residential rewires — including aluminum wiring remediation, knob-and-tube replacement, and complete rewires for older homes. Many older Sarasota and Manatee County homes have wiring that no longer meets insurance or code requirements. We provide all documentation needed to satisfy your insurance carrier after rewiring is complete.
