Experience matters, but attitude matters more. If you're an apprentice who shows up hungry to learn, that gets noticed here. If you're a licensed journeyman or master who's tired of being just a number on a big crew, this is a different kind of place.
We are hiring in Sarasota County and Manatee County. We serve 35+ communities from our Sarasota base and need electricians who know and are willing to travel within the area. We are licensed as FL ES12001543.

We hire based on the right fit, not just an open slot. If you are a licensed electrician or motivated apprentice in the Sarasota area, we want to hear from you.
You hold a Florida journeyman license and have hands-on residential experience. You're comfortable working panels, rough-in, and service calls independently. You take clean, permitted work seriously.
You're in an apprenticeship program or working toward your journeyman license and want to learn under a master electrician with 29 years of experience. You show up on time and ready to work.
You don't have electrical training yet but you're reliable, hardworking, and want to get into the trade. You'd assist electricians on-site, help with material handling, and learn as you go.
