Wellen Park is one of Southwest Florida's newest and most exciting master-planned communities — and JEEC Electric is here to keep it powered. From new construction electrical hookups in Grand Palm to generator installations in Oasis, we handle every electrical need in Wellen Park with licensed, permitted, expert work.
Wellen Park's rapid growth means a mix of brand-new homes and first-phase construction from the early development years. Our team knows the local builders, understands the Sarasota County permitting process, and can tackle everything from EV charger installations in your garage to whole-home generator hookups and panel expansions.
Every project is personally overseen by Guillermo Paredes — a Navy Veteran and Florida-licensed Master Electrician (License ES12001543) with nearly 30 years of experience. We pull all required permits, handle inspections, and stand behind our work.
