Parrish is one of Manatee County's fastest-growing areas — and JEEC Electric is here to power it. Whether you're in a new Pulte or Lennar community, a rural property off Moccasin Wallow Road, or a farm-style home with big electrical needs, we provide licensed, master-electrician-quality work throughout the Parrish area.
Parrish spans a wide range of property types — from master-planned new builds in Crosswind Ranch and North River Ranch to sprawling rural acreage. JEEC Electric understands both environments: we handle new construction rough-in and trim-out as well as service upgrades on older properties, EV charger installations, and whole-home generator systems.
Every project is personally overseen by Guillermo Paredes — a Navy Veteran and Florida-licensed Master Electrician (License ES12001543) with nearly 30 years of experience. We pull all required permits, handle inspections, and stand behind our work.
